These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. When you make a purchase from our website you enter into a binding contract and are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions set out here.
Pricing.
When making a purchase, the price shown on the website is the price that you agree to pay. Delivery to the UK mainland is included in our prices. Delivery to some UK islands may incur additional costs. We will contact you before proceeding with your order if this is the case. Collection in person is not possible.
Special Offers
We reserve the right to remove or amend any special offers or prices without notice.
Delivery.
We endeavour to despatch orders within 48 hours of receiving payment for your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order within our normal timescale we will contact you as soon as possible but delivery time is not the essence of the contract. We send our deliveries by Royal Mail and always obtain a stamped "certificate of postage" as proof that we have sent the goods.
Cancellations and Returns Policy.
We endeavour to despatch orders as soon as possible after receipt of payment. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason and contact us at sales@qualitools.co.uk before we have despatched the order we will refund the price paid.
In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged on delivery or you have received an incorrect delivery please contact us as soon as possible to arrange return.
If you change your mind within 7 days of receiving goods you can return them to us providing they are in perfect condition, unopened and suitably packaged for return. You are advised to obtain a "certificate of postage" from Royal Mail for any goods that you return as responsibility for the goods remains with you until they are received by us. Our prices include postage and packaging and any goods returned due to a change of mind will incur a charge of £5.95 to cover our postage, packaging, handling and administration. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
Age Restrictions.
The law requires for certain goods that the purchaser be of a minimum age. By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirements. We reserve the right to decline an order on the grounds that the purchaser or the person who will receive delivery of the goods does not meet the minimum age requirements.
Free Gifts
Where free gifts are sent out with qualifying orders and items are subsequently returned as unwanted we reserve the right to require the return of any free gift before any refund is issued.
